Brian Thompson
President
Brian Thompson was born in Sandusky, OH, and has a deep-rooted passion for nonprofit work. He has served on the board of The Singletons and is a dedicated donor to the Simon Keith Foundation. In addition to his nonprofit work, he is a highly respected Realtor in the Greater Phoenix area, known for his market expertise, hard work, and trustworthiness. His commitment to preserving historical landmarks is evident through his leadership in restoring the Landmark Towers, aiming to revitalize it as a crucial part of Phoenix’s iconic skyline.

Sally brings over 20 years of Sales and Business Development expertise to the Landmark Legacy Group board. Her strategic insight has been instrumental in building strong foundations that drive sustainable growth for businesses and teams alike. Sally is passionate about working with her community to help it thrive.

Matt Anderson was born in Madison, Wisconsin, and graduated from UW-Whitewater with a degree in Public Relations. His career has spanned various industries, where he has honed his skills in social media intelligence, crisis management, and vendor management. Seeking a warmer climate, he moved to Phoenix in 2022 where he has become deeply committed to the Uptown neighborhood. He enjoys exploring the city by bike along the Phoenix Canal system and is passionate about traveling and writing stories.
Alex Baker
Technology Chair
Alex is the founder of Neat Freak Tech, where she specializes in helping business owners streamline their technology and optimize their online presence. With over 30 years of experience in technology and digital strategy, Alex brings a wealth of expertise to the board. As a lifelong volunteer, she is excited to contribute her skills to furthering the nonprofit's mission.
Russ Yelton
Public Relations Chair
Russ Yelton is the President of Yelton and Associates, a firm specializing in economic development across various industries, including medical, semiconductor, cybersecurity, and other verticals. Yelton and Associates has established seven business incubation sites across Arizona. Current projects include the development of a 30,000 sq. ft. Regional Energy and Educational Tech Center in St. Johns, Arizona, in response to the repurposing of power plants, and a new semiconductor startup in the Valley, projected to employ 1,500 people. Russ serves on several boards, including AzBio, the Global Chamber, and Valley College of Osteopathic Medicine. He is also the Executive Director of White Mountain Economic Development, a 501(c)(3) organization focused on workforce development statewide, with a special emphasis on youth programs.
Ray Young currently serves as Sr. Director of External Affairs for Terros Health, one of the Valley's largest nonprofit integrated healthcare agencies. With over 10 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, Ray has worked as a Mental Health Counselor, Clinical Site Manager, Integrated Healthcare Site Director, and served as President of the Arizona Counselor's Association. Although his role has shifted from direct patient care to community collaboration and engagement, Ray remains passionate about giving back. He maintains his Arizona license as a Licensed Professional Counselor and continues to assist the Spanish-speaking community with NARCAN/Fentanyl training and education.
Tom Randich
Secretary
Thomas Randich was born in Chicago, Illinois, and moved to Arizona in 2004 to attend Graduate School at Arizona State University. After teaching Internationally from 2007 – 2014 he returned to Phoenix. Thomas has been teaching for the Phoenix Union High School District since 2014. His hobbies include travel, sports, and reading.
